Pitapapada – Desi Jadi Buti – Pitpapra is a plant that grows automatically in wheat and gram fields. In rural areas, it is used as a home remedy for many diseases. In the Ayurvedic text Charaka-Samhita, decoction and powder of Pittapapada have been considered as Ayurvedic medicine for fever. Many places this plant is also known as Perpet. In Ayurvedic medicine, it is used to relieve fever caused by outbreaks of pitta or vata.
Used in Acne, Eczema and Liver Diseases, heart problems. Useful for gall bladder and liver problems. It has also been used to remedy digestive disorders such as dyspepsia, flatulence, and nausea.
