Cancellation Policy team facilitates processing correct products as per order and strives to service the products in right conditions / without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery.

The purpose of CANCELLATION POLICY is to provide our customers complete peace of mind & transparency. All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy.

There may be the following instances of order cancellations by either party.

Cancellation by

Kindly note that there may be certain orders at a particular time that we may be unable to process and must be canceled. We reserve the right, to refuse service for any such reason. Some of the scenarios that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to:

  • Non-serviceable Pin code, (Out of Delivery Area)
  • Limitations on quantities (stock) allowed for purchase,
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to process your order.

Order Cancellation from our end will be intimated to you via SMS to your registered mobile number & registered E-mail id.

Cancellation by Customer:

We hope that you never have to cancel your order. However, at the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do, due to certain unavoidable circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

  • The order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped can be canceled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (prepaid order) would be processed back to you by us within 2-3 days and should reflect in your account within 8-12 days, depending upon your bank.

You can cancel your order within 8 – 12 hours of placing the order / before it is dispatched (whichever is earlier) by visiting the order summary page using your login credentials OR contacting our Customer Care at

  • The order has been shipped / Order In transit: Any Order which is shipped from our end and is in transit can be canceled Partially or fully. The amount paid by you (prepaid order) would be refunded to you after deducting the necessary processing fee from the total amount paid and the same should reflect in your account.

How Long Does it Take to Process the Cancellation Request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s), it takes up to 2 -3 business days / 72 hours to cancel the order and process the refund. A refund will be initiated once we receive the product(s) back.

The actual refund in your account happens as per the payment mode you used. We only take the responsibility till initiating the refund and providing you the refund proof. For actual refund timelines, you need to follow up with your bank, or the mode through which you made the payment.

What are the Cancellation Charges?

  1. 20% of the Total Billing amount would be deducted as Cancellation charges while refunding the amount as part of Payment Gateway charges, and other Processing and overhead costs.
  2. For National Shipments, In case the product has already been shipped, the shipping cost of ₹ 80 per 500 Grams for both sides (too & fro) i.e. ₹ 160 would be charged from the Customer over and above the other overhead costs.
  3. For International Couriers, the Actual Shipment cost would be deducted over and above the other overhead costs.

COD-Based Orders Can’t be Canceled After Shipment / During Transit.

  • Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you intact as ordered. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstances. We would request you to let us know of the damage the moment you receive/open it.

Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (Do not accept any product which has a tampered seal):

Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in which cases we will offer a refund.

In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care as soon as you receive the delivery of the product. We reserves the right to cancel the Return request if the customer reaches out to us after 4 Hours of delivery.

Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If it finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. We shall process the refund only once it has received the confirmation from the vendor concerned (Shipping Partner) in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.

In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us or our company in this regard.

  • Incorrect items received: We assure you of the robustness of our fulfillment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will have the incorrect items picked up from your house. We will also be shipping the right items to you at our earliest.

We request the customer to review the listing before making the purchase. In case the customer orders some wrong items, shall not be entitled to initiate any return or refund.

In the case of any incorrect products shipped (if the product received differs from what is ordered in the Invoice), the customer needs to raise the request within 8-12 hours from the time of delivery. We will arrange the pick-up of the wrong product delivered from your address. Once we get the product back, we will ship the replaced product immediately or will initiate a refund as per the customer’s choice. However, we shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.

All wrong items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

The refund process is initiated after we receive the product back to us. A refund will be made to the same account through which the payment was made.

In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be made as mentioned below:

  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by our “Quality Control” team.
  • Order placed through an online wallet will be credited to the wallet; and
  • Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through fund transfer to the customer’s bank account.


What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm the cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference. There are two modes of refund:

  • Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order. will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.


  • Images displayed on the website are for general information purposes and may slightly differ in size and color.
  • Buyer is solely responsible for Completeness & Correctness of the Shipping Address, PIN Code, Email Id & Mobile Number provided by him/her while placing the Order. shall not be held responsible for Refund/Replacement, in absence of the same.
  • Buyer must provide only Registered Mobile Number which should be in working condition and on which Buyer can immediately be reached in case of any urgency during delivery of Shipment.
