How to Use:

• If you have procured Raw form of products, grind them individually to make a fine powder.
• Mix all of the powdered ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container. Use this mixture within 2-3 months after preparation
• Consume 1 Tablespoon of this mixture with water twice a day after the meals.
• Avoid using wet or moist jar to store the product or wet spoon to use this product.

Caution:

• Individuals suffering from any disease are advised to consult their doctor before taking this formulation.
• It is generally recommended to continue the formulation for a 2-3 months with 10-15 days break to further continuing the formulation (if required).
