We at value our customer’s interests more than anything else. It is of least importance whether we gain profit or loss at the end of the deal, the valuable relationship loss of our esteemed customers is something that we never want in any of the situations. That is the reason why we offers a Return / Replacement & Refund policy for all its customers who get disappointed with the services or the results in one way or the other.

The customer needs to raise the request with our customer care team at with complete details within 8 hours from the time of delivery of the product(s).

‘Return’ means an action of giving back the product ordered at portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of a product:

  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
  • Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not to accept any product which has a tampered seal):

Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in which cases we will offer a refund.

The following conditions apply to this Policy:

  1. In the case, any wrong product is delivered, the customer needs to raise the request within 8 hours of the time of delivery. We will arrange pick-up of the item and will ship a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund as per the customer Interests but shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.
  2. In the case of Missing product from the order, the customer needs to raise the request within 8 hours from the time of delivery. We will ship the missing part of the order at earliest after confirming the same with our ops team and order packing scans.
  3. All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box to the address conveyed by the Customer Service Team.
  4. The refund/replacement process for any case, will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refund will be credited to the same account by which payment was done.

KINDLY NOTE: Images display along with Products are only for general information purpose and can slightly differ from actual products in physical aspects such as size and color as the Natural products / Natural items do not follow the exact same color, texture & consistency trend.


How should I initiate Return / Replacement?

Return Process:

  1. For Return intimation, please visit or alternatively call us at +91 160-5039009 (Open 10 AM – 6 PM from Monday – Saturday and 10 AM – 2 PM on Sunday).
  2. The customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint.
  3. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned & soon after pick-up confirmation from our allied shipping partner, we will initiate replacement of product / refund as desired by Customer.
  4. The customer will be required to return the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging supplied.
  5. Refund will be completed within 15 (fifteen) days from date of reverse pick up (if required).

How Will I Receive My Refund?

If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Credits / Loyalty Bonus or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit to your account. Credits / Loyalty Bonus can be utilized on a future purchase on the website. If the payment made by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue Credits or Bank Transfer.

How Long Will the Refund Process Take?

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2-3 days (72 hours) of Product Inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

What is the Pickup Process? 

Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. We arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations.

Why I Have Been Asked to Ship the Item?

Please follow the instructions you received by email In case we can’t pick up the item from your location, you can ship it back to the company.

I Was Supposed to Receive My Refund by Now But I haven’t. What do I do?

We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process. If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven’t received any update from us please write to us or give us a call.

When are Returns not Possible!!

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Any Wrong Ordering of Product doesn’t quality for Cancellation.
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
  • Partially consumed products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened products can be returned.
