Arjun Chaal Powder Desi Jadi Buti Herbs is a medicinal tree found in India. You must have heard about the tree bark. Its bark is dried in the sun and its powder is made. It destroys cold, heart-friendly, astringent, decay, phlegm and bile. Its main use is in the treatment of heart disease. The bark of this tree/Arjun Chhal Powder is white from the outside, smooth, thick and light pink in colour. On the digging of the bark, a type of secretion (fluid) emerges from it. Its stems are round and thick and the leaves are 4 to 6 inches long and 1.5 to 2 inches wide, like Guava leaves.

Recipe:
There are following two ways by which you can take Arjuna herb, Both ways are effective:
*Using Arjuna Powder
- Take 1 teaspoon of Arjuna Powder and mix with ½ cup milk and ½ cup water
- Boil this mixture just for 2-3 minutes
- Turn off the gas and keep covered for 2 minutes
- Serve it in a cup and drink it as a tea
- If an individual does not have diabetes then sugar can be added as optional
- This can be taken any time of the day – once daily
*Using Raw Arjuna Pieces
- Soak a few small pieces of Arjuna in a bowl of water overnight
- Next morning, Boil it in the same water for few minutes
- Allow it to cool and pass it through a sieve
- Your drink is ready. Have this drink before or after breakfast everyday
