Gudhal Phool Powder (Hibiscus – Desi Jadi Buti) is a tropical shrub with brightly colored flowers. Its flowers are found in many colors like red, purple, yellow, pink and white. Gudhal Phool Powder mainly originates in Southeast Asia. In Ayurveda, hibiscus flower is used to cure many diseases by drying the flower and making it powder.

In Ayurveda too, the Gudhal Phool Powder is considered a complete medicine. Everything from its root to the flower is a cure for some disease, especially skin and hair problems. Gudhal tree is a bushy, evergreen shrub or small tree growing 2.5–5 m (8–16 ft) tall and 1.5–3 m (5–10 ft) wide, with glossy leaves and solitary, brilliant red flowers in summer and autumn. The 5-petaled flowers are 10 cm (4 in) in diameter, with prominent orange-tipped red anthers.

Recipe:

• 1Tablespoon hibiscus Flower powder, ½ tablespoon Brahmi powder,½ tablespoon Basil Leaf powder,1Cup Fresh Orange Juice, 1Cup of Mixed berries Juice, Fresh mint Leaves, Rose Petals, Jaggery, 4Cups Hot Water.
• Take the hot water in a Jar, mix all the herbs, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Add Berries and Orange Juice in it. Mix jaggery into it.
• Garnish it with mint leaves, and rose petals. Cool it for another 30 minutes. Serve it chilled, and enjoy.
