Desi Jadi Buti Kamarkas is a Palash tree (Tesu Tree or Dhak Tree) gum that grows wild in India. Brihmavriksham is the name of the tree. It’s a reddish or blackish-reddish gum / gond that goes by the names Kamarkas, Palash Gond, and Gond Chuniya.
Kamarkas – herb consists of little gleaming flakes which are dark red in color. Kamar kas is an odorless herb with a sharp and pungent taste. Flakes are sticky when chewed generating a bright red saliva in mouth. It is used by female in pregnancy and after delivery as a remedy for back pain and weakness.
